Seriously the most helpful bunch of people. Came in with a serger (not their brand) wirh a stripped screw and they helped me get it off and gave me a new screw. While I waited for the techs to help me put Connie offered some great advice for the machine. Absolutely come in and see what these people can do for you!!!
I highly recommend the Stitchin Post!!! They are the most kind, honest people!! They go “up and above” to help!! It is so hard, anymore, to find a business like this!
Very helpful with issues I was having with my Janome machine! I was given a number of practical tips while my machine was looked over and put back in working order. Very knowledgable about different machines and products. Incredible customer service! So appreciate the timely attention and education!!
