Terrible Experience at Bernina of Richmond. Do not trust the owners of this store. They overcharged me and I did not receive the service I paid for. Do not take your machine there for service. They will manufacture problems and then not fix them. Their classroom is terrible. Do not take classes at this location. Metal folding chairs and lightweight folding tables are terribly close together and uncomfortable.
