I gave my bicycle Bernie's to have its brake system installed properly but they didn't call me to inform me to get the bike so I called 4 days later to inquire about it and I was told it was ready. Issue 2 is the bike had a flat tire when I got it back but the bike was new, out of it's original box. I ride the bike 1 time for roughly 15 seconds after I installed the breaks to verify if I installed them properly which was obvious to me that I did not and that's why I took it to Bernie's. My bike tire deflated on my way to work and they fixed it quickly even though they closed soon. 5/5, fast service and reasonable prices.
I highly recommend this bike shop! Eli was amazing ... super helpful and repaired several bikes for me. Great work, good people!
I wanted to go for a ride this morning before the heat arrived, but found my back tire flat. I considered my options (didn’t have a spare inner tube, didn’t want to mess with a patch) and decided to take it to Bernies. When I brought it in, they took it in the back right away and less than 10 minutes later, I was on my way.
