Fantastic bike shop. Needed a tire tube replaced. The guys were really nice and educated me on why I possibly may need a new tire. They showed me all the corrosion and told me to be aware. I am new to biking so I will in the future get a whole new bike from them anyway. I did purchase a car bike rack; The gentleman took me outside to install the unit and didn’t even want me to pay for it first because he wanted to make sure it was a perfect fit. Bernie’s Bikes has become my go-to for anything bike-related, and a huge reason for that is Eli. He’s the man! Every time I’ve gone in, Eli is incredibly helpful, easy to deal with, and quick to get things taken care of. Bernies, is the biggest reason ill survive the bike portion of my upcoming half ironman.
