You pay for a service that they do not provide. I will now be driving my trash to the dump, which is the last thing that I want to do. At least I won’t have to pay someone else to do it that comes wherever they feel like it. Update: the company responded to this review asking for me to mail them so they could look into the issue. Could not possibly be any happier with our trash service!! Andrew Marquardt always does a fantastic job, and he’s even super great with our dogs and even honks for our daughter which makes her day!!
