You pay for a service that they do not provide. I will now be driving my trash to the dump, which is the last thing that I want to do. At least I won’t have to pay someone else to do it that comes wherever they feel like it.
Hard-working, dedicated individuals here thanks for these individuals. We are able to continuously have a place to put our trash. Thank you.
I should have believed all the poor reviews. I learned the hard way. My trash cart hasn't been emptied since June 5th even after 6 emails and a phone call.
This company is horrible! I wish I had the option to leave no stars! We were only getting picked up maybe once a month if that so I stopped paying, I'm not paying for a service I'm not receiving. I was calling 3-4 times per week and the people were ridiculously rude and couldn't provide any answers. I requested to be contacted by a manager. They emailed me instead of calling.
