Crazy truck drivers. Clearly safty is not a concern.
You pay for a service that they do not provide. I will now be driving my trash to the dump, which is the last thing that I want to do. At least I won’t have to pay someone else to do it that comes wherever they feel like it. Update: the company responded to this review asking for me to e-mail them so they could look into the issue. If you never want your trash picked up this is your place. Over 2 weeks now and trash still by the road overflowing in the ditch. I keep getting told the same thing. Trash will be picked up in 24 to 48 hours. Such lies. Trash still there.
CARDS now EcoWaste Solutions have the worst customer service. Tried to start service mid March and by end of March still no cans or service. So called to cancel service and AFTER cancellation they dropped off (2) cans. Said cans are still sitting at the end of our driveway 2 weeks later not picked up. They will abandon their property at your house and no amount of calls will make them pick it up. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this trash service.
