Excellent professional service. Very easy to work with and quick turnaround. The fees are more than fair for the professional service rendered.
Used em 4 years in a row, would have been 5. Last year they delayed sending my paperwork to the IRS after I paid them until the last week of tax season. I was over a month early. I had called them twice waiting patiently. I called the IRS and they never sent it. Called back a second time and they sent it 3 days before deadline. This year my charge went up from $165 the year before to $245. Told them they will have to wait for the payday after as I was quoted $180-190 and wasn’t able to pay that yet.
