Our experience was not good at all. Our account manager, S . Vlasto,, a partner, didn’t update our account beneficiary after a significant life event, our marriage. He kept forgetting, or in his words, “it just didn’t happen.” (Way to take responsibility.) He finally took care of it two years later. That took him two years to accomplish.. Our experience was not good at all. Our account manager, who’s a partner, didn’t even have our account beneficiary changed after a significant life event, our marriage. He kept forgetting. It took two years for it to be done. Unacceptable. Just as disconcerting, Bernhardt took for themselves an exorbitant amount of money each year to perform very small changes to our account.
