I’ve been trying to get my will updated for over eight months and Mike has been very uncommunicative!
One star is one too many for Atty. Michael Bernatz. He does not return calls or emails from clients, estate beneficiaries, or other attorneys -- no matter how many times you call or email. He completely ignores his legal responsibilities to estate beneficiaries, even though it's been almost 2 years since the person's death in a case that I am involved in Atty. Bernatz is unprofessional, lazy, and inept and should be avoided at all costs.
Mike Bernatz has been helping me for many years with wills and later with snarly probate questions. He is the most ethical, the most thorough and the most decent lawyer and human I could be blessed to know. Deeply grateful for his thoughtful guidance.
