Love Kristen! I go to Kristen she is new there but coming with over 10 years of experience. I am a religious client she does fabulous, consistent work. The salon is peaceful and stylish. Always a great visit.
Buyer Beware This place is the biggest rip-off. They tell you one price and then charge you another once you get their and your services have been completed. It's the old bait and switch. When you approach management they tell you they made a mistake. Their work is sub-par at best. Do not be fooled you have been warned.
NIKKI ROCKS!! A business associate of mine had her hair cut at the Cherry Hill salon and I loved how it looked but I didn't want to drive to Cherry Hill every time I needed a haircut so I decided to try the Marlton salon. piece of crap! I had two groupons for this Spa, one for myself and one for my mom. The quality and service was HORRIBLE and appalling! My mom was seen on time, but I had to wait, get this....45 minutes to be seen! With no explanation other than the person who was going to see me was "running behind with another client" so I had to sit there, wait and just grin and bear it. RIP OFF I made an apt for a full head highlight- they sent me a coupon claiming 50% off with certain stylists so I fell for it. Made the appointment and asked how much a full head of highlights were and was told 100. ok that is comparable to the other salons in the area. Well went and got the highlights and when I went to pay I was told $87 dollars. I reminded the lady about the 50% off and she said yes that was already taken off. Excellent haircuts I too also had Nikki and received an excellent hair cut which has been the main reason I continue to frequent Bernards Salon & Spa. I just called to book an appointment for Monday but was told Nikki is only available Sunday :( though I am looking forward to meeting Kerry, my hairstylist for this upcoming appointment. NEVER AGAIN I had a 2pm appointment and was told Randy would be taking care of me today. At 2:15 I asked what was going on and I was told my appointment was 2:15 and not @ 2:00. At 2:30 I told the counter girl I was leaving and to credit my friends account. I was asked if I would like a free facial and I told the girl I was leaving and wouldn't be back.
