Super friendly service! – I really love this place! There is a huge selection in the eyeglasses and I just recently booked an eye exam. Im only 15 and I went in with my mom, but the staff greeted us super politely and they treated me like a customer even though I am younger. The clerk asked me directly for my information and gave me the business card and it showed that they uphold respect for all their customers. Fashion and Professional – I just moved to a new law firm here in Baltimore. I came in to Shear and was met by the office mgr. She shook my hand and introduced herself with a big smile and greeting. I was asked questions about my profession, if I wanted to update my look and what I preferred as well as if I had a backup pair of glasses for reading and sun. Rude service and high prices – Not a friendly place. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me and the prices are very high. I have an issue with my frame as well, the screws keep popping out but I can't get them to repair it properly or to replace it. In the future I will shop elsewhere.
Best Selection and Service in Baltimore – Best in Baltimore hands down. The customer service is top notch and so is the selection. This is the mecca of eyewear. If this store does not have it the frame is not popular. This store stands by its products and has the best customer service of any eyeglass store I have ever visited.
