Honest company who were very communicative during the transportation process and stepped up when an incident occured proving they care about their customers! I had a 2020 vehicle with under 3K miles shipped up FLA. and while in transit an uncommon incident occured leaving the vehicle damaged on the roof! When I spoke with the driver and the owner they stepped right up and owned the rare mistake and paid the full balance for the minor body work (under $500!) at my local body shop and they did so without question or hassle!!! ... read more

I would recommend this company to anyone who wants their car DAMAGED when they receive it. They are the most dishonest people who denied that they damaged my car !!! I had to sign their bill of lading otherwise they would not give me my car. When I confronted them about the damage they said it came from the dealership like that. Now I have to take them to court to make them pay for the damage they say they didn't do. I would give them a "no star" rating but I can't post this without a rating. Buyer beware of this company.
