Recently had Wayne and his team facilitate a real estate transaction. The work got done but felt like the working style could've been more thorough. Cons: - You have to follow up several times via phone call to get some tasks completed - Hard to get replies via email - I would send documents like financials, litigation docs, etc but they weren't reviewed - Felt like if the documents were better reviewed, I could've been more aware and had better negotiations - Had to do a lot of the coordination with title, mortgage, and age... read more
