This female called me, butchered my name, was cold and demanding and refused to tell me who and what the call was about before she started grilling me about personal information. When I tried to explain things to her and ask questions in return, she stated that she was going to tell the courts that I refused to answer. I thought this type of bullying was illegal and if its not, it should be. I guess she never heard of people skills, and courtesy. I had to hang up because she caused me to have severe chest pain.

I cant believe this company would want to trash a persons credit for 54 dollars.I tried to contact them to explain but they seem to be more interested in doing whats not right.The bill was paid before they even got it and yet here they are on my credit report.
