Fantastic digs!! You aren't going to find a better place to stay with this amount AND quality of amenities, for this price. PLUS Ted is a Cape Cod East coaster that knows his food and is very knowledgeable about the area and is more than willing to help out. I loved the guy! My husband and I just stayed here mid July. Check-in isn't until 2pm, but Ted said we were free to arrive early, unload the UTV, and hit the trails. This way we didn't waste a whole day of riding. Ted was a wealth of knowledge about the community, many trail systems, and best places to eat. He referred us to River's Edge for great seafood. He was right! Had such an amazing time here with Ted & Barbera. Lots of outdoor activities including but not limited to their amazing barn animals. 10/10 would recommend!
The best bed and breakfast in Berlin! We have been back 3 times now and won’t even bother staying anywhere else! Million dollar views out the front door and the owners Ted and Barbra very accommodating and so friendly. Plenty of room for a good size family and then some!! We rode our Rzr’s right from the door after a great homemade breakfast and came back after a full day of riding to a campfire and drinks. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great weekend for riding, sights seeing, hiking, or just great R&R.
We’ve been going here for three years and there is a reason we keep going back... Ted and Barbara have the best hospitality you’ll never get in a hotel or any other camping area. And the new friends we meet every year!
What a fabulous place and the host couldn’t be nicer, so accommodating
Great location just outside of the Whites. The property overlooks the Kilkenny Ridge.... stunning view! 3 large bedrooms with a separate kitchenette... and a funny stocked fridge & cabinet for breakfast. I made farm-fresh eggs from the hens on the property every morning along with locally raised bacon! They also have assorted cereals, fresh bread, waffles, fresh whole beans for coffee, etc. The rooms have a woodsy decor with many pieces made by the owner, Ted.
