10 days for ACH payment to clear. i call to send them a check instead and just stop down and they tell me no, i now have to wait. What kind of archaic system are these people on? Take the second payment and just refund me when you get the ACH funded to your account "in 10 days".
The town should be ashamed of themselves partnering with taxserve collection agency! They tak on a $51 fee in addition to the bill amount making it more of a burden on people.
They will tell you your taxes are cleared at the dmv when in fact they did not, so you will spend 1 hour at the dmv with your toddler for nothing :-) Glad to see our outrageous taxes are being put to good use!!!
