I've been in the residential real estate industry since 1977 and have used/hired a number of title companies and/or closing attorneys. I've also moved personally a dozen times in the ensuing years and have never come across a company as convoluted as this one. While under contract for 60 days while selling my home, I dealt with a number of people at this firm, but always by email - I only spoke to one individual by phone, and frankly she sounded like a high school student.
