Used this company when I closed on my house. Two years later I find out that my house has had a massive lien held on it from the previous owners. Contacted Berlin patten to get the problem situated and it’s now been ongoing for close to 6 months. They have gave me little to zero information on what’s going on and when the Lien will be paid off before the sale of my house. 25 years experience in the court system. I dealt with countless attorneys and law firms. Some good, some bad, some just what we call "Nickel Chasers" Speaking from experience these people are just that "Nickel Chasers" Write the check and to the back of the line you go. I had a very simple case where the defendant admitted fault in writing. Case closed ?
