Great service! I've had no issues at all with Laurie. She's extremely professional, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to help!
It took her almost 3 months after being paid to submit the tag and title work to PennDot for a motorcycle my husband purchased. The temp tag she issued came within days of expiration during this time. She did not return multiple calls and emails over a 70 day period checking on status. He had to get assistance from the State Notary Board and PennDot in Harrisburg to inquire about the transaction status as she provided no information. WASTE OF TIME! IRRESPONSIBLE! Third time here attempting to have something notarized and she’s no where to be found, and no one knows where she’s hiding. Responses received from those in the building, “she’s never here.” Or “she’s not around much.” THREE STRIKES - YOU’RE OUT!” Never going back!!!!! Save your time and just drive to Somerset.
I usually don’t write reviews but Berlin Notary blew my expectations away! Had to transfer an out of state title on a motorcycle, where some bank/dealership mistakes happened, and Laurie helped take care of everything! It seemed we kept hitting roadblocks, but she figured it out and had me done as quickly as possible! Very friendly! Down to earth! Go here for all your notary needs!
