To be 100% honest, this stop was for the husband, not me, but he was beaming when he came out, bearing a piston that he needed for one of his many Gravely tractors. He said that he enjoyed a great talk with the owner whom he has met before, and i know we will be stopping again when we drive back to Missouri to visit our family there in November. They also stock chainsaw parts and some other related items but the husband is only interested in the old tractor parts he needs for his multitude of tractors.
What a great business this place has. When you call you speak to a live person. Made a trip down to buy a tiller. Jaylin our salesman was extremely helpful with our purchase, he is well educated and answered all our questions. Will definitely send business their way.
I bought a BCS 732 with sickle and rototiller attachments a couple years ago and I’m always impressed how well of a job it does! To me it was worth the money for the versatility of the machine and its performance! Also the service team has worked on our mowers, Honda engines and our mule shed mover. All around great family run business with friendly service!
I recently purchased a BCS 853 walk behind tractor from Berlin Gravely. Jaylin was very helpful and responsive! When I picked up the tractor he walked me through all the different parts and attributes which was extremely helpful! I will definitely be getting any service or new attachments through them! Thanks!
