Berlin Gravely Sales was very friendly, and helpful in locating a rare used part I needed from my Gravely 16 G. They mailed it in short order. As a long time Gravely owner, this was my first experience with them and undoubtedly will not be my last, as parts for my tractor are increasingly scarce.
