Had our chairs for a while now and one of my chairs split by the bolt. When I contacted this company they responded so quickly. I am so pleased that a company is standing behind there product. Not only did they send me the replacement, but the matching piece so it would match. All companies should take note as I am a loyal customer to this company.

We purchased a set of outdoor poly chairs about 10 years ago. They still look new however we had a minor issue with one support piece cracking at a mounting point. I contacted the company and they immediately responded and indicated they would send the replacement part along with extra ones if needed. It is so refreshing to have a company that is easy to contact and that backs up their product with a quick and appropriate response. Their furniture is rather expensive but it is well worth the investment in my opinion.
