I called for a Consultation, the conversation lasted one minute. The lady on the other end was rude impatient and actually hung up on me. That was a crazy interaction, I was just calling to ask some information and was treated very poorly very quickly

I found Matt's youtube page discussing bankruptcy/credit consoling so I called the office to see about the free credit card debt consultation service that was offered. I spoke with 2 ladies, who both asked me about the student loans I had. I informed them that I have 1 Federal loan account that's in IBR, and I didn't want to talk to Matt about that.
