VERY disappointing. Bought tile from here for small job b/c it's close by. They charged $75 for shipping for two cartons of tile! I got an ENTIRE bathroom's worth of tile -- floor, walls, shower -- from another business in the Valley for a total of $100 shipping. Owner/designer didn't seem interested in our business/job (too small?) and wouldn't budge on shipping or even really engage in helping us. I'll go somewhere else next time.
Great showroom and friendly knowledgeable staff. Showed us samples and made suggestions based on price, quality and reputation of vendor. Gave us samples to take home and came to our house to take pics and measurements. Project still in progress ....
Showroom spurs great design conversations and ideas. Staff is very knowledgeable: from design to lead time. Great place!
