Took a part into get a replacement trying to get something done quickly. Was worried there would be a long time to get the bike fixed. They said if I brought the bike in they would make sure it fitted and did it extremely quickly. They managed to get parts from the another store as well saving me time on waiting for the part to be shipped. Great advice on the difference between the bike specifications will certainly be going back soon for my son's birthday.
Berkshire Cycles have been friendly and supportive whilst making purchases of bikes and were very down to earth about what a rider needs against the cost of the bike.
Popped in for a kid's balance bike, served by Sean who let us browse and test out various bikes before making our purchase. Good service, good aftercare. Cheers!
Really professional and helpful, always help us get exactly what we need, very friendly and good with our children. Helped us fit our very wiggly 2 year old with a new bike helmet. Got a fantastic bike from them as well
Left multiple bolts loose on my bike I had fixed and the breaks were loose i had fitted we’ve had this many times had hope breaks fitted they were loose in the rear break disc that was also loose my crank fell off aswell lots of screw not done up properly when going down trails at high speed
