This place made my job as a school secretary a nightmare. Horrible customer service and they really do not care about the students who need these materials.
This place has horrible customer service. I work for a school department and ordered living organisms, just for them to arrive dead or crushed. I think they fail to see how this can impact a school and also a teacher's lesson when they are relying on these items for their units. We spent valuable tax payer dollars on these materials and received horrible service. We used Berkshire Biological to provide fish for our science unit in kindergarten. All of the guppies the shipped either arrived dead or died with 12 hours of arrival. This was a very frustrating experience for both myself and my students. I do not recommend this company at all.
