originally 1 star star because of the $200 charge they make you pay for insurance even if you don't want it, but the service is great and they cover a lot more under warranty than expected. the original lock couldn't handle winter use and they replaced it for free.
they force you to pay 200 dollars for "maintenance" they did before you bought the bike. except the spokes are tuned to have a quarter inch of wobble. that's like a used jeep wrangler with a temu lift kit. also a response to the shop owner wondering why I don't get tuned now from the people who can't recognize a horrible tune and charge 200 dollars for "professional assembly" i did it myself because it's easy. i also don't want my bike to get sabotaged.

Nice job on a tune up for an '01 Giant TCR road bike. Brakes and new pads are tight and shiny. I thought the front derailleur was a little off tech took the time to fix it on the spot. hadn't had a tuneup for forever good to have a dependable mechanic around here.
