I recently bought a new Cannondale Synapse Carbon 3 at the Berkshire Bike & Board shop in Hudson. Just bought a Velotric 3 from Jamal and Vic. Awesome experience and i love my bike. Jamal is so knowledgable and able to relate to me as a senior and recommend the ideal choice. Vic handled many of the details after I made my selection…dowloaded the app and set it up…told essential maintenance, helped with important accessories. Highly recommended the Hudson store. .

The Berkshire B&B team in Hudson are fantastic. Just bought a BMC Roadmachine there and love it. They walked me through the bike options, understood what I was looking for, and got me the right bike. Great shop!
originally 1 star star because of the $200 charge they make you pay for insurance even if you don't want it, but the service is great and they cover a lot more under warranty than expected. the original lock couldn't handle winter use and they replaced it for free.
