There is not one time I have ever been here that doesn’t take forever. I know they just changed over to Beacon Bank but it’s still a disaster. I’ve already been here almost 15 minutes waiting for a deposit even before that he would stand around for 10 minutes because they don’t have enough staff or nobody seems to care
Bank's drive-through ATM malfunctioned last night, as I was attempting to make a cash deposit, and robbed me of a $50 bill. First a bank rep told me that the branch could not address this problem directly,I would have to call a number. The bank's rep at that number said the branch could've dealt with the problem directly. I went to the bank in person and was told I would have to wait two weeks for the ATM company and the bank to do an audit. Two weeks! I honestly had nothing bad to say previously about this bank. Not amazing or bad. But today I came in to close some accounts due to the closure of their back in my town ( I don't want to drive 25 mins everytime I need to bank). The women helping me out was very pleasant and quick.
