I’ve been a customer for over a decade. On Black Friday (the riskiest day of the year for fraud), no manager was available at any branches and I was hung up on by customer service multiple times. I was told that managers were on vacation. They told me to wait until Monday to make an “appointment” with a branch manager. The staff is not equipped to handle security related concerns with customer accounts. I do not trust Berkshire Bank with my money or my information. Great branch of an absolutely amazing community bank. Steven Taylor, a representative I had the privilege of working with, is the kindest, most patient, and helpful bank representative that I have ever done business with. He and Berkshire helped me keep my small business alive through the hardest parts of the pandemic with great information and guidance towards government assistance. I find the S Windsor. Branch personnel to be fantastic, it was better as SI.Currently they opening then closing locations (ie: Vernon). The only reason I stay my banking originated with SI.Kudos to those people at S Windsor!
