He has helped me for many years with everything from getting bank statements to answering questions and providing documents for my mortgage lender. Rachael is fantastic.
This is the second merger from The Savings Institute to Berkshire, and now Beacon. I went in on February 9th 2026 due to some fraudulent charges on my debit card. I was told it would be two weeks ,fourteen business days week day only. For a new card ,here it is March 4th and still no debit card. I called on 2/27 and was told by Michelle they had a lot of cards to mail out and they were doing the best they can.
