This is the second merger from The Savings Institute to Berkshire, and now Beacon. I went in on February 9th 2026 due to some fraudulent charges on my debit card. I was told it would be two weeks ,fourteen business days week day only. For a new card ,here it is March 4th and still no debit card. I called on 2/27 and was told by Michelle they had a lot of cards to mail out and they were doing the best they can. I've had this bank for years! always friendly people,easy loans any questions I've ever had answerd in full detail. I highly recommend This bank. Beth Rivera Branch manager is the absolute best. The only thing I'd like is for the walmart branch to open again other then that 100 stars 🌟 🌟 for this bank. 😊
I was not certain if my account was Fee Free. Last year I had spoken to someone at the bank to switch to one that was. As it turned out it wasn't done. Paula switched it and said call next month and they will reverse the Fee. She was pleasant and Polite showing a concern for me as a Customer. Thats my experience & why 5 STARS!
