20 minutes to take money out of the bank the customer service at this bank is horrible I've been coming to this bank for years not anymore
I've had this bank for years! always friendly people,easy loans any questions I've ever had answerd in full detail. I highly recommend This bank. Beth Rivera Branch manager is the absolute best. The only thing I'd like is for the walmart branch to open again other then that 100 stars 🌟 🌟 for this bank. 😊
I was not certain if my account was Fee Free. Last year I had spoken to someone at the bank to switch to one that was. As it turned out it wasn't done. Paula switched it and said call next month and they will reverse the Fee. She was pleasant and Polite showing a concern for me as a Customer. Thats my experience & why 5 STARS!
