I moved to Otis from Boston where I have had a very satisfactory relationship for many years with Santander. Berkshire Bank is a very "behind the times" bank, with poor customer service. Their transfer process -- to people, to businesses -- is particularly awful. The dashboard is total confusion. I set up a small business account, and discovered that everything is a problem...transfers to other accounts, bill pay, etc. Their limits are ridiculous, and when I inquire about raising the limit I do not even hear back.
