DONT BANK HERE!!! FRAUD AND HIDDEN FEES!!!! THIS NEW TAKE OVER ON SEPT 1ST IS JUST TERRIBLE. THEY CAME UP WITH HIDDEN FEES TO HIT ME WITH ON DAY 3!!!!!! MY SON AND I BOTH ARE TAKING OUR ACCOUNTS ELSEWHERE. I WAS WITH SAVINGS INSTITUTE AND BERKSHIRE FOR 30+ YEARS AND DAY 3 OF THIS TAKE OVER AND OUR ACCOUNTS ARE MISSING MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT BANK HERE. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS WHAT THEY HAVE PULLED.
We've been sitting in line for 25 minutes and only 3 cars have gone through (2 teller windows open). This is absolutely pathetic!
