DONT BANK HERE!!! FRAUD AND HIDDEN FEES!!!! THIS NEW TAKE OVER ON SEPT 1ST IS JUST TERRIBLE. THEY CAME UP WITH HIDDEN FEES TO HIT ME WITH ON DAY 3!!!!!! MY SON AND I BOTH ARE TAKING OUR ACCOUNTS ELSEWHERE. I WAS WITH SAVINGS INSTITUTE AND BERKSHIRE FOR 30+ YEARS AND DAY 3 OF THIS TAKE OVER AND OUR ACCOUNTS ARE MISSING MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT BANK HERE. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS WHAT THEY HAVE PULLED.
We've been sitting in line for 25 minutes and only 3 cars have gone through (2 teller windows open). This is absolutely pathetic!
I chose this bank because they advertise its company policy to have your money available the business day after a deposit. But they put a hold on my disability check.so I called customer service and they said they dint out holds on checks and my local branch would be able to lift it. I went in person to have it lifted and they explained it's part of their process qnd j just had to wait and deal with it. This is Total fraud! I never would have gone with this bank for any other reason than ease of getting my money. I bet they ... read more
