We've been sitting in line for 25 minutes and only 3 cars have gone through (2 teller windows open). This is absolutely pathetic!
I chose this bank because they advertise its company policy to have your money available the business day after a deposit. But they put a hold on my disability check.so I called customer service and they said they dint out holds on checks and my local branch would be able to lift it. I went in person to have it lifted and they explained it's part of their process qnd j just had to wait and deal with it. This is Total fraud! I never would have gone with this bank for any other reason than ease of getting my money. I bet they ... read more

Went in to close an old, small account, and I couldn't be happier! When I arrived, the main lobby was full of garbage cans. Why?! This is the main lobby of a financial institution! When I spoke to the teller, she was wearing a low cut top and had many visible tattoos across her chest. Extremely unprofessional! Why does management allow this?! Furthermore, there was a sign at the register that said something about how the bank supports the cannabis industry. I will not support the further delinquency of America! I'm happy to ... read more
