I went to the Drive up window To withdraw a large sum of money, I specifically told the teller I wanted ones, fives, at least one 50 dollar bill and the remainder $100 bills. What I received was $100 bills, $20 bills and $10 bills. Why not provide me with the ones and the fives and the $50 bill that I requested initially? If a simple request cannot be honored at a financial institute , I do not trust the employees Nor the Institute as a whole. It wasn’t a very difficult request.
this place just keeps getting slower and slower. the OLDER worker sucks she takes the longest out of everyone. I’ve never had problems cashing in checks that I get from other people and now it’s a problem I had to wait in line for 20 minutes all for nothing. the old lady never has a smile always looks grumpy. the younger workers are okay. I’m about to switch everything to my other bank I’m over this one and have been for awhile now.
