I have been a member of this bank since it was the savings Institute, went with them through the berkshire bank stage, and now its beacon bank. When I went to get my check deposited they said since there policy changed I cannot get my money right away. When I have a note on my account that says do not hold payroll checks. All of a sudden I have to have my payroll checks held for 1 day. When it was berkshire I never had to have that. Beacon do better.
Unfortunately, this place has gone down hill badly. Instead of giving 1 star I’m giving 2 because the workers are very friendly. Other than that I would say find another bank.
Worst branch. Other branches are much friendlier. Good luck getting anything done with this one.
