Very nice staff but the logistics of getting in and out of the branch are problematic. Since Beacon took over and changed the system online banking has been difficult if not impossible.
Good bank
This is the worst bank I've ever had! I'm a senior and a vet, I signed up for a promotion that said after direct deposit and seven transactions they would deposit $200 in my account. Spent two months now no money in my account!!! I also tried to do a money transfer from Canada for almost 12K. The bank said it would take 14 days after 10 days they canceled the transfer because they said they didn't do that when the manager told me they did. Really good branch with competent staff. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. Always enjoy going in and taking care of my banking and almost always have a friendly conversation.
Doesn’t matter what location you go to this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with.
