I’ve been Berkshire for 5 years. I do credit card processing, I have credit cards four business accounts 2 personal accounts. For the last 2 years they have been going down hill. The two tellers that kept the branch together left. They invent reason to charge fees. The branch manager has the personality of a stone. After refusing to reverse a fee they never should have charged me on a deposit that went in and came out emediatly that was the last straw. Terrible bank,
I've been with Berkshire Bank when I lived in Dalton, MA but live now here in N.Y. & use the Berkshire Bank in Halfmoon, N.Y. 2005 so about 17 years Berkshire Bank!!! Thank you all for your service through my years. Amy thank you for helping me and your beautiful smile when you help me.
