Wow. Berkshire bank used to be an old money bank. A widely respected bank. NO MORE!! Now it’s riddled with web crashes, app issues and a fee schedule like a payday lender. No more. My wife and I moving to a coop bank.
So I get a settlement check drawn off this bank but yet they couldn't cash it because it was over 10k wth kinda bank is this. There were 4 people in here and everyone of them were slow or doing something unproductive never again
There phone line is always busy
Lobby is closed due to covid however with the 5 people working in the bank only one drive-through is open and it takes an hour to make a deposit. Im selling a house shortly and will deposit that money elsewhere so I dont have to plan my day around the bank.
