I am 70 years old and have dementia. I constantly forget my password. The girl in the whitehall branch acts like it kills her to help with it. She walks around and acts like she is special. I thought they were supposed to help. There IA a gentleman in there that is great

I sat at the drive through for over 10 minutes with 2 tellers inside doing something else and ignoring the drive thru. When one finally comes to the window, she ignores me and takes a car that just pulled up. Then they don't have any singles for me.
My husband made the mistake of bouncing 45 because he forgot about his phone automatically being taken out. He had no job. Now he owes over 400. And no one sent a record of his account for the last 3 months. No one will return or answer calls so how are we fixing this? Why 400? If you cant allow people inside at least answer calls.
