DO YOUR BANKING ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! Zero stars. my bank card was locked due to suspected fraud which i was appreciative of. unfortunately they do NOT return calls or answer the phone. This is completely unprofessional.
Atm is always out of money.
I don’t bank here (and never would based on this one horrible experience) but had to call to speak with Ryan, the manager, about a wire transfer I sent to this bank that they have mishandled. He was very rude and unprofessional. I’m understanding why they’re Google rating is so low. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!
Ryan was very helpful, detailed and understanding, that's my go to rep, had a situation with my deposit, he did what he had to do and within a few days the situation was resolved and my money was returned... Thank you ryan # best rep☺️ Marilyn Ruiz
