Terrible customer service will make you be on hold for hours just to have a 5 minute conversation with you about how they can’t help you But man do they love hitting you with random 37$ overdraft fees if you accidentally try to use 1$ save your money don’t use this bank
My daughter applied for a refinance car loan form five star bank to Berkshire bank. I cannot say how easy the process was from start to finish . Iris Moresi had set up her accounts at Berkshire bank 6 or so months ago. She - Iris made it very easy on all counts. She's very personable , knowledgeable and just easy to deal with. So thank you very much to Iris Moresi for making things as smoothly as she did for my daughter.
