I've had the nicest people help me the two times I've been to this branch. Zahida gave me great options on savings accounts that best suited my needs and very personable. It's a little further away, but worth the drive if I need to go to a branch
Excellent customer service!
I work a physically demanding job with disabilities. 3 fused vertebrae in my neck, and part of my interior right hip removed. I go to their branch to cash my earned paycheck only to be accused of stealing a check and trying to cash it. I provided a CDLA as an ID to cash a paycheck, with a pay stub from a trucking company. I have received a d cashed a check from them for 6 years. I don't appreciate discrimination based on my skin color. Thanks!!
