I have been with this bank for years only to realize after today’s interaction with whom I am assuming is the branch manager that I am only just another account number. They ran an NCH transaction on my account a day early, overdraft my account, sent it to my external vendor then returned the money to my account the next day, then hit me for a $37 return fee. Unprofessional, horrible wait times. I waited 20 min in the teller line only to be told I needed to come inside to complete my transaction, cool so when I come in the same teller should be taking care of me as soon as I walk in right? Well nope! Had to wait another 15 min in line as if people don’t have places to go and thing to do! Won’t ever go back to this trash branch!
