Nothing quite like sitting at your drive through window being completely ignored when I'm trying to make a car payment. Why have it open if nobody is working it?!
RecommendedSo the other day I went to my bank at another location. I proceeded to withdraw money and was told I did not have that amount in my account. I was soon after informed the reason for this is because they sent me a bank statement that was returned in the mail and they charged my account 5$ knowing at the time I did not have any funds in there, where I incurred over draft fees for, because of a returned mail. I'm thinking about paying off the mortgage and ending my account here. They keep saying it's the most exciting bank while they comtinue to think up new ways to get my money.
They don't even get 1 star. If I could give them a negative star they would b at -2000
