I've been using this bank for almost 20 years to be exact about 17 years in September (bank has changed names like 3 times) but today was not a good day...and it wasn't anything to do with the situation itself because at times things can get mixed up i understand that but the teller i dealt with had a not so nice attitude from the moment I walked in the door...customer service on this one was very nonchalant/not my problem type attitude..just distasteful...not used to this from this branch
