Very disappointed with the service. My account was closed almost a month ago, and I am still waiting for my $212 check. Being told to “just wait” without any estimated timeline is unacceptable. This is my money, and $212 can make a real difference. Customers deserve clear communication and timely access to their own funds. 2nd time i came to talk and ask about the money but the answer just wait. Not make sense
