If I could do a review without providing starts this would be it my husband has banked with Berkshire for at least 5 years recently since covid these people have been over drafting our account after telling them multiple times over 5 time the issue we signed documents and opted Out this option and still they are allowing my account to be over drafted by merchants they are argumentative no hood customer service they put all these fees on your account for their mistakes they have no customer service or empathy especially durin... read more
