Great people and services. Some of their fees are a bit excessive.
The 50 Genessee Branch in particular, was awesome and helped me out a lot. Shout out to the Teller and manager there who knew their stuff.
I'd rate this bank negative stars if I could. This bank's insatiable greed is truly appalling. Their blatant disregard for ethics is evident in their single-minded obsession with sales goals, as they shamelessly exploit vulnerable individuals. Witnessing them peddle credit cards to mentally handicapped individuals is a new low, underscoring their complete lack of moral compass. This bank updated there website last week saying, they will be open on presidents day, hours may vary,. They're phone lines are open even. I been going to all 3 all day, as I really needed to get inside for a transaction as a customer that believed in the bank and how they operate. But THEY WERE CLOSED. WHY PUT ALL YOUR CUSTERS AT RISK OF MAKING IMPORTANT FINANCIAL DECISIONS KNOWINGLY THEY WERE OPENING AND STATED THAT THEY WERE. WARREN BUFFET. FIX THIS SITUATION PLEASE. YOUR BETTER THAN THAT. CLOSING ALL FAMILY ACCTS ASAP.
