I have never had any problems with any of the staff. They may not be miss bubbly but when I engage with them they are courteous
I've had nothing but good experiences with this branch. I had problems with a branch in Utica when a relative died and brought my concerns to Tim and he took care of it right away with compassion as well due to circumstances. At the time, I was new to the area and was not familiar with Berkshire nor any of its staff. I recently opened a new account and he was the same friendly helpful person I had remembered. One of the worst maintained (open) bank branches I have ever seen. Cobwebs inside and out. Cracks in the walls. Terrible sidewalks. Rusting steel outside. Berkshire should be embarrassed to have this open to the public! I wonder if they will close this branch soon with everything in poor repair.
