I CALLED THE BANK THIS MORNING AND ASKED THEM TO DO SOMETHING FOR ME AND THEY WERE VERY NICE TO ME AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD SEND WHATEVER I NEEDED TO MY HOUSE. I LIVE IN SYRACUSE, SO IT'S HARD FOR ME TO GET TO THE BANK. AND THEY'RE HELPING ME OUT BY SENDING IT TO ME. DEL WAS VERY HELPFUL. AND VERY POLITE IN ACCOMMODATING, THANK YOU, BERKSHIRE BANK FOR BEING THERE FOR ME, FOR ALL THESE YEARS.I WISH YOU NEVER MOVED FROM SYRACUSE , BUT I'M WILLING TO TRAVEL TO SEE YOU. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR FORTY SOMETHING YEARS OF YOUR SERVICE..
They have been a good bank for me. My account got broken into a couple of times and they were willing to put the money band give me a new card I mean , I already know
This bank has the best customer service that I've seen in a long time. mary,and sue are the best!!!.
Been with them for over 12 years. Never had a problem. The worst to happen was when they closed their W Dominic Street branch
