I have always been treated with respect and received exceptional service at the west Tome branch
I CALLED THE BANK THIS MORNING AND ASKED THEM TO DO SOMETHING FOR ME AND THEY WERE VERY NICE TO ME AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD SEND WHATEVER I NEEDED TO MY HOUSE. I LIVE IN SYRACUSE, SO IT'S HARD FOR ME TO GET TO THE BANK. AND THEY'RE HELPING ME OUT BY SENDING IT TO ME. DEL WAS VERY HELPFUL. AND VERY POLITE IN ACCOMMODATING, THANK YOU, BERKSHIRE BANK FOR BEING THERE FOR ME, FOR ALL THESE YEARS.I WISH YOU NEVER MOVED FROM SYRACUSE , BUT I'M WILLING TO TRAVEL TO SEE YOU.
