Michelle has made my experience at this branch very poor. Usually when I deposit my check I’m asked which account id like it in, she never asked and just assumed. It was my fault for not speaking up, as I was dealing with something on my phone and was unable to pay attention to what was going on. When I apologetically told her she deposited my check into the wrong account, she huffed and puffed, and scolded me that I should’ve had things ready for her. To make HER job easier.
