I was looking for a bank in CT to deal with my small rental property and open a checking account for. I got shuffled to a commercial loan officer who never bothered to call me back. He apparently got back to the CSR at the branch and told her he couldn't do the loan. I called a week later to see where my callback from the commercial loan officer was and she told me she was sorry she thought had called me but that he sent her an email saying he couldn't do it. I always have a pleasant experience with the staff. Everyone is so friendly and courteous.
I've been with Berkshire Bank for over 5 years. The staff is consistently polite and diligent. I wish there were more locations, but other than that, I am extremely satisfied with this bank and specifically this branch.
