Nice place, very friendly staff
I was looking for a bank in CT to deal with my small rental property and open a checking account for. I got shuffled to a commercial loan officer who never bothered to call me back. He apparently got back to the CSR at the branch and told her he couldn't do the loan. I called a week later to see where my callback from the commercial loan officer was and she told me she was sorry she thought had called me but that he sent her an email saying he couldn't do it.
