The worst place on planet earth
Sadly I visited this office yesterday to use the title search room with my child. I say sadly because the 3 service workers who have assisted me there were always friendly until I encountered someone new yesterday. First while in the room someone (white) came to look into my stroller to ensure I had a baby in there.
