The SHEER CORRUPTION of this court is without a doubt one of the biggest in Pennsylvania history. People are not served but are charged, judge is derelict of duty and uses retaliation and unfairness to judge, the justice system uses the excuse of minority criminals to use extreme prejudice and racism. Reading is corrupt in its Judicial System, they corroborate with police and send people to jail for the smallest things.
