Stay away at all costs. Reno over rotted wood. Cut down 15-20 massive, mature, healthy trees. Lost tons of shade and privacy for many tenants. Mice and rats everywhere. Yards being torn up by lifts. The area is starting to look worse than it did a year ago. Not worth $2500 plus utilities and parking for rent.. Parking lots are a mess as well. No recycling.
Seriously don't recommend it
I raised my son here. We lived here for 7 years and were very comfortable and happy! Only sad we moved prior to seeing the exterior renos completed!
