Awful website for filing returns
Zero help on the service side and extremely confusing answers regarding prior tax years. I was told I needed to file and pay the balance, but they could not confirm whether paying the balance would stop additional fees or future bills. I was transferred three times to the wrong departments just to receive the same vague, inconsistent responses. Based on my experience—and consistent with other reviews throughout Pennsylvania—I would not recommend this company to any township or city looking for collections services.
Just received a notice from them from 2018 lmao huh? It's 2026. Never heard of this company until today. Been filing taxes for years with accountants so not sure why or where this 2018 letter is coming from.
Hailey the supervisor went above and beyond for me!!!!!! We live in a world of we want what we want when we want it which is unfortunate. My situation was extremely untimely but i followed her advice and care and as she predicted it all worked out!!! Thank you Hailey and rose for all your help you girls rock!!!
