They mail out letters that appear to be scams, and expect you to pay late fees and file your already paid local taxes with them in addition to filing standard taxes. It’s a scam that is a real scam.
This company needs to be sued they sent me an invoice with late fees and misc fees from 2023 which they never sent before. This company needs to be investigated as it seems they do this to everyone.

Awful website for filing returns
Zero help on the service side and extremely confusing answers regarding prior tax years. I was told I needed to file and pay the balance, but they could not confirm whether paying the balance would stop additional fees or future bills. I was transferred three times to the wrong departments just to receive the same vague, inconsistent responses. Based on my experience—and consistent with other reviews throughout Pennsylvania—I would not recommend this company to any township or city looking for collections services.
